Subscribe directly from this page or from Settings > Billing inside the app. Use the same email you signed up with and your subscription activates automatically. You can manage seats, view invoices, and cancel anytime from your billing dashboard.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe-powered checkout.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! Every new account gets a free trial with credits to explore all features — AI scribe, receptionist, billing, EHR integration, and more. No credit card required to start.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Credits reset every month with your subscription. If you need more, the Add-On plan doubles your monthly credits from 1,000 to 2,000.

Can I add team members to my account?

Yes! Invite your entire team at no extra cost — they get free read and edit access to notes, transcripts, and patient records. Only providers who use AI features (scribe, receptionist, coding, etc.) need a paid seat with 1,000 monthly credits. Volume discounts on monthly plans apply automatically: 3–5 seats save 10%, 6–10 save 15%, and 11+ save 22%.

Do you offer discounts for residents or groups?

Yes! Volume discounts on monthly plans are built into checkout — no codes needed. 3–5 seats get 10% off ($116/mo per seat), 6–10 seats get 15% off ($110/mo), and 11+ seats get 22% off ($101/mo). The annual plan is a flat $999/yr per seat (35% off monthly). Medical residents and EHR partners may also qualify for additional partner discounts — call us to learn more.
