The DeepCura Consultant Program
Get paid to teach the platform you already love
The DeepCura Consultant Program pays practicing clinicians $50–$100 per hour to onboard fellow clinicians, one recorded Zoom session at a time. Fully remote, entirely on your schedule, with zero sales quotas — and it's invite only.
Why We Pay Clinicians, Not Salespeople
Every AI platform claims it will save clinicians time. But the moment that matters is the first week of real use: the first recorded visit, the first template that actually matches how you document, the first note that lands in the chart. That moment goes dramatically better when the person walking you through it documents patients for a living — in the same EHR you use.
So instead of hiring a sales team, we invite our best power users. DeepCura consultants are practicing clinicians — medical directors, physicians, NPs, PAs, and therapists — who already run DeepCura in their own clinics every day. They teach new practices peer-to-peer: their own workflows, their own templates, their own shortcuts. No scripts, no pitch decks, no commissions.
That last part is deliberate. Consultants are paid by the hour for education only — never a percentage of a sale. It keeps the advice honest, it keeps your standing with your peers intact, and every consultant openly discloses the paid relationship, consistent with FTC endorsement guidance. The result is onboarding that clinicians actually trust — and a meaningful, flexible income stream for the clinicians who deliver it.
And we keep it exclusive on purpose: we hire exactly one consultant per EHR — ever. When you hold your EHR's seat, every matched customer on that EHR is yours. That's why the program is invite only. Right now, the open seats are athenahealth and AdvancedMD.

Who We Invite
- ✓A practicing clinician — MD, DO, NP, PA, ND, DC, therapist, or similar — seeing patients today
- ✓An active DeepCura user who knows the platform from daily, real-world use (not a demo account)
- ✓Deep hands-on experience in one supported EHR: eClinicalWorks, athenahealth, Epic, DrChrono, AdvancedMD, and more
- ✓A natural teacher — the colleague other clinicians already come to with their workflow questions
- ✓Comfortable running Zoom sessions with screen share from a professional home-office setup
One seat per EHR. Ever. We hire exactly one consultant for each EHR — when a seat is filled, it stays filled, and its holder owns that EHR's entire customer stream. If your EHR's seat is taken, we keep a shortlist in case it ever reopens.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does the DeepCura Consultant Program pay?
Consultants earn $50 per hour for standard sessions and documented template-optimization work, and $100 per hour for organization-wide corporate trainings. The corporate rate applies when the organization holds at least ten paid DeepCura licenses at the time of the training; otherwise the standard $50 rate applies.
Do I have to sell anything?
No. This is deliberately not a sales role. Consultants are paid hourly for education only — no commissions, no bounties, and no compensation tied to signups, conversions, or renewals. You share your own real-world experience as a clinician, and you always disclose that you are a paid DeepCura consultant and user.
How many hours do I need to commit?
As few or as many as you like, up to 40 hours per week. You publish your own availability on your scheduling page and DeepCura routes customers into the slots you open. There is no minimum commitment and no fixed schedule.
Will I handle patient data (PHI)?
No. Sessions are designed to be PHI-free: you teach with your own materials and de-identified or sample data, and customers are asked not to share real patient information. If a scenario could ever involve PHI, it is paused until the proper agreements, such as a BAA, are in place.
Do I need to know every EHR?
No. You are matched exclusively with customers on the EHR you already use every day — eClinicalWorks, athenahealth, Epic, DrChrono, AdvancedMD, and others. If you want to expand to additional EHRs later, DeepCura provides training first.
Will this conflict with my clinical practice?
No. The program is built for practicing clinicians. Your clinical practice, your patient-facing materials, and your independent healthcare work remain entirely yours — that protection is written into the consultant agreement — and you schedule sessions entirely around your clinic.
How do payments work?
Sessions run over Zoom and are recorded, and the recording documents your session time. You invoice DeepCura for your hours as an independent contractor — live session time plus documented template-optimization work — at the program rates.
How do I get invited?
Invitations go to practicing clinicians who are active DeepCura power users — usually people our team already knows from support conversations, community activity, and daily platform use. We hire exactly one consultant per EHR, and the seats currently open are athenahealth and AdvancedMD. If that sounds like you, email contact@deepcura.ai with your specialty and the EHR you use daily.
